This track explores doing things with what you already have and/or doing them better. Got gum, a paperclip, and an Ethernet connection? Run that new service! Topics include: virtualization; cheap videoconferencing; time management; maintaining quality in e-learning; and printing to multi-function printers.
Track 2: Matlock
This track explores the convergence of policy, security, and customer relations. Don't take guff off of anyone! Learn from your colleagues' vast experience how to effectively explore these "softer" technical concepts. Topics include: intellectual property issues; single sign-on; balancing security and teaching/research; and how to work with customers.
Track 3: Quantum Leap
This track gives us an opportunity to see what the future holds and how systems converge. Wear a different hat, coat, and explore the future with us. Topics include: next-gen information display; e-learning and media architectures; and the next step in networking and collaboration.
